It’s this thriving tourism economy that contributes to our residents’ livelihoods, and a critical part of this economy are the long-standing benefits derived from vacation rentals.
The Los Angeles Vacation Home Rental Alliance (LAVHRA) is a coalition of vacation rental stakeholders in Los Angeles, including property owners and managers, housekeepers, gardeners, and businesses both large and small that benefit from vacation rental activities.
Despite making up less than one percent of the Los Angeles housing market, vacations homes bring an enormous economic impact to local neighborhoods, homeowners, and small businesses.
