Our furnishing project fees are primarily based on your budget for furnishings and decor. With our one-time turnkey project fee, you get comprehensive service that includes design concept, planning, budgeting, sourcing, ordering, tracking, product receiving, handling damaged items or returns, unpackaging, recycling, assembly, and final installation. We take care of every detail, including household items that aren't furnishings or decor.

Once you've paid the project fee and booked your furnishing project, we'll reach out via email to set up your initial 90-minute video Furnishing Consultation with our team.

During the consultation, we'll cover everything we'll need from you to furnish your rental property successfully. This includes your style and design preferences, initial budget, room-by-room checklist, guest avatar, occupancy and revenue goals, details about any existing furniture and decor we may need to work around, include, or sell for you, property access, and more.

We offer our services from coast to coast, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

Typically, we can furnish your project within 2 weeks or less, ensuring your rental property is ready for tenants in no time. Typically we are on site at your property for 4-6 days completing the actual install.

We can handle small design projects like accent walls as part of our service, adding a touch of sophistication to your property.

We can help coordinate renovation contractors using funds from your furnishing budget, making it a seamless process.

At the end of your consultation, we'll request furnishing funds from you to kickstart the sourcing and ordering process, getting your project underway.
